What’s happening now? (Mindfulness for kids) – Sunday, May 19, 1pm – 3pm

Join this group of 6-12 year olds to engage the senses and notice what’s happening! Through art, play, movement and food we will explore how opportunities for mindfulness show up in day-to-day life. The 2 hour class will be led by Melissa McGill, yoga, meditation and preschool teacher; and Laura Stephens, lead mindfulness teacher for A Mindful Mess LLC.
