Call to Artist!
Whether you are a photographer, painter, sculptor or mixed media artist you are welcome to explore your creative inner being while working on your submission for this unique art show. Any “medium” can be used to “alter” your photo. By alter we mean change the aperture, tear the photo, layer it with paint/ink/crayon or add more photos to create your altered masterpiece.
This event is open to all YAF members whose memberships are current and nonmembers who pay a $20 submission fee to YAF.
Entries must be framed and wired appropriately to hang on the wall, entries must have been completed in the last 2 years. All art work must be for sale. Framing is the artist’ responsibility, please do not bring work into the gallery which does not meet the criteria above. If you have any questions call before you bring your work in. We are happy to help.
Drop off dates are October 2nd and 3rd from 11 to 4:30pm.
Entries must include a price and should be inventoried in the log book at the time of the drop off by the artist.
All unsold artwork is to be picked up after October 31. 30 days following this date if we have not been contacted by the artist the work will become the property of YAF.
Sales from this show will be mailed to you if you chose. You must include a SASE with your inventory sheets.
